1. Mozzarella Fried Cheese Sticks
- 2 eggs
- Moderate amount of milk
- Moderate amount of flour
- 100g bread flour
- A pinch of salt
- Moderate amount of cilantro
- Moderate amount of Parmesan cheese powder
Step 1. Crack some eggs into the bowl with the flour and beat it well. Next, in a separate mix add a small amount of milk, some salt, parmesan cheese powder in with the bread flour.
Step 2. Cut the Mozzarella into a desired size and set them aside for now.
Step 3. Start off with the breading: flour -> milk and egg liquid -> seasoned bread flour. Put the Mozzarella sticks in a flour bowl and wrap it with thin flour then put it in the egg liquid. After that, put it in the bread flour bowl, then put the cheese sticks covered with a layer of bread flour into the egg liquid, and then wrap it again. Lastly, Put the second layer of bread flour on it and your breading is done
Step 4. It’s best to put the powdered cheese sticks in the freezer for at least one hour before frying( overnight recommended) the cheese would spread too easily otherwise.
Step 5. After oiling the pan, put some extra flour into the frying pan until it becomes sizzling. Put the cheese sticks in a frying pan and fry them for about 30 seconds until they are golden in color. Take them out once its done and place them on a wire rack and let them cool for a few minutes before serving on a plate.
2. Korean Cheese Ribs
- An apple (the larger one is half)
- Half onion
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- A moderate amount of cooking wine
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of Korean hot sauce
- Moderate amount of Mozzarella cheese
- Two tablespoons of light soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- 500g ribs
Step 1. Pour all the ingredients with the exception of the ribs into a cooker to make the sauce. Once the sauce is cooked, the sauce will become sweet and less spicy.
Step 2. Wash the ribs and place them inside a bag. Next, pour the sauce into the bag with the ribs and allow the ribs to marinate the refrigerator for about five hours.
Step 3. Heat a pan with some oil, fry the ribs until both sides are golden brown. Next, pour in the sauce and allow the ribs to simmer in it over a low flame for awhile.
Step 4. Once the ribs are cooked to your preferences, take the ribs out and put it aside so that you can clean the pan.
Step 5. Place the cheese into the pan. Allow to melt so can rolled them up easily.
3. Cheese Omelet
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 Teaspoon salt
- 50g Shredded Cheese
- Moderate amount of vanilla and black pepper
Step 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add in some salt. Then, mix them well.
Step 2. Heat up some oil on a pan then pour the mixture into a frying pan and sprinkle some cheese on top of the egg.
Step 3. Once is done cooking, roll the egg up and place it on a plate.
Step 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have finished the egg mixture.
Step 5. Before serving the egg omelet rolls, you may sprinkle some herbs and black pepper as seasoning. Additionally, you can dip the omelet in some mayonnaise or chili sauce for more flavour.
4. Cheese Baked Rice
- Cooked Rice
- Mozzarella Cheese,
- Green onions,
- Meat of your choice
Step 1. Chop the onions, garlic and a meat of your choice into small pieces. Next, pour them into a pot and cooked them until you can smell their fragrance.
Step 2. Now, pour in the rice follow by an appropriate amount of salt and black pepper into the pot and continue frying it until the rice are well mixed together with the ingredients.
Step 3. Pour the rice into a bowl and cover the entire top of the rice with mozzarella cheese.
Step 4. Then, place the bowl into the oven and bake it for around 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese have turns brown.
Step 5. Your rice is now baked and is ready to be served.
5. Toast Pizza
- A piece of Toast
- Mozzarella cheese
- Tomato Paste
- Corn Kernels
- Green Pepper
- Chicken or Bacon
Step 1. Spread the tomato paste evenly on a toast then sprinkle some cheese on it
Step 2. Spread all the remaining ingredients on top. Then, cover the ingredients with another layer of Mozzarella cheese.
Step 3. Preheat the oven for a couple minutes, then place the pizza inside and let it bake for around 10 minutes. Your pizza is cooked and ready to be served.
