1.Boiled Egg French Bread

食譜:水煮蛋蝦卵法國麵包

Ingredients:

A. 1/2 French bread, 3 hard-boiled eggs

B. 100 grams of beauty milk, 30 grams of pollock roe

 

Steps:

1 Crush the boiled eggs, mix in all the ingredients of B. Mix well and set aside.

2 Slice the French bread, take the ingredients used and put it on the French bread.

3 Finally, put it in the preheated oven and bake it until the surface is colored.

 

2.Pollock Roe Corn Rice Ball

100g of pollock roe

Corn kernels

Half a handful of spinach

String beans

15g of Cream

Rice for four

 

Steps:

1 Wash the spinach and beans and cut into small pieces. Corn kernels can be canned or processed from maize (vegetables can also be of your choice)

2 Put cream in a pan and place the cut vegetables and corn kernels in the pan and fry them until they are cooked

3 Then stir the fried ingredients and pollock roe into four servings of white rice and shape them into rice balls one by one

4 Fry until they turn golden brown

 

3.Pollock roe snapper baked rice

Ingredients:

30 grams of Pollock roe

100g of Sea bream fillet

20g of Green peas kernels

120 grams of rice

20g of Diced onion

30g of Cheese shreds

Seasoning:

20g of Mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon of salt

 

Steps:

1. Take out a pot and add oil to heat. Add in diced onion and sauté until fragrant

2 Add the green peas and sea bream fillet, stir and fry for 2 minutes. Then, add in the rice and all the seasonings and stir well. Then, turn off the heat and set aside

3 Put the rice  into the baking cup and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

4 Put it in the preheated oven, start with 200℃ and lower it to 150℃

5 Bake for about 8 minutes until the surface urns golden brown and sprinkle with pollock roe.

 

4.Japanese Pollock Roe Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

A. 3 eggs, 40 grams of milk,  salt and pepper

B. 30 grams of beauty milk, 10 grams of pollock roe

 

Steps:

1 Mix the materials of A evenly into egg liquid for later use.

2 Heat up a frying pan, pour in salad oil and spread a thin layer evenly over the pan

3 Pour in the egg mixture and fry it over medium heat until it is half-cooked. Roll it into a long strip of egg rolls before removing both ends.

4 Mix in the ingredients of B evenly into a sauce and pour it on the egg roll

5 Put the egg rolls into the preheated oven at 200℃ and bake until the sauce is colored.

 

5.Pollock Roe Baked Macaroni

Ingredients:

300g of cooked macaroni

3 shiitake mushrooms

1/2 of yellow sweet pepper

5 green beans

30g of Pollock roe

100g of Cheese shreds

Seasoning:

1 tablespoon of beauty milk

Black pepper

 

Steps:

1 After removing the skin, save the pollock roe for later use.

2 Cut the shiitake mushrooms, red sweet peppers and green beans into small dices before setting aside

3 Take out a baking dish, put the ingredients in with cooked macaroni and mix well.

4 Stir the pollock roe  and seasonings evenly, spread it on the baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

5 Finally, put the dish into the preheated oven and bake at 190°C for about 13 minutes  until the cheese is colored and melted.
