How to make your own Sesame Sauce.


30 ml of Water 

1 teaspoon of Tahini

1/2 teaspoon of Peanut Butter

1/2 teaspoon of Minced Garlic

1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce

1/4 teaspoon of MSG

1/2 teaspoon of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar



Step 1. Add sesame and peanut butter into a bowl. Pour the water into the bowl and mix well.


Step 2. Wash the garlic, peel it and grind it. Set the garlic aside for later use.


Step 3. Add the minced garlic and other seasonings into the bowl. Stir well and the sesame sauce is ready.



1.Three Silk Sesame Sauce Cold Dressing



A piece of chicken breast

20 g of Carrots 

8 Sweet Beans 

1/3 of Red Pepper

2 Basil Leaves

Sesame Sauce



Step 1. Cook the chicken breast in boiling water for about 10 minutes. After that, switch off the flame and let it simmer for another 15 minutes. Pull the chicken into strips and set it aside for later


Step 2. Wash the basil leaves; cut carrots, sweet beans, and red sweet peppers into pieces. Then blanch them in boiling water and set them aside for later use..


Step 3. Place all the ingredients prepared earlier into the container. Next, evenly pour the sesame paste on the dish and mix well. The dish is now ready to be served.


2.Broccoli with sesame sauce

Sesame Sauce

1 teaspoon of Salt

Sesame Oil

1 bowl of Water



Step 1. Cut the Broccoli into small pieces. 


Step 2. Heat up some oil in a pan. Add all the vegetables and water in. Then, stir fry the ingredients until the stems of the vegetables become soft, then add all the seasonings.


Step 3. When the dish is cooked, cover the pot with a lid and let it sit on low flame for another 3 minutes. After that, the dish is ready to be served.


3.Cucumber with Sesame Sauce



110 g of Cucumber

2 cloves of Garlic



10 g of Sesame Sauce

2 g of Sesame Oil

2 g of Mirin

1 g of Black Pepper

1 g of Cooking Oil

1 g of Salt



Step 1. Wash the cucumbers and cut into strips; Wash and mince the garlic. Set the ingredients aside for later use.


Step 2. Stir the cucumber and garlic with all the seasonings. Next, chill them in the refrigerator for an hour.


Step 3. Take the cucumber out of the refrigerator and the dish is ready to be served.


4.Cold Noodles with Sesame Sauce



200 g of Noodles

20 g of Cucumber Shreds 

15 g of Carrot Shreds

1/4 teaspoon of Minced Garlic



3 and a half tablespoons of Cold Water

1 and a half tablespoons Sesame Sauce

1 tablespoon of Black Vinegar

1 and half tablespoons of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce

1/4 teaspoon of Salt

Sesame oil



Step 1. Blanch the noodles in a boiling water for 3 minutes until cooked.


Step 2. Leave the noodles to cool.


Step 3. Add sesame oil with the noodles and mix well. Set the noodles aside for later.


Step 4. Slowly add the cold water with the sesame sauce and stir well. Next, Add sugar and other seasonings, then mix well.  Finally, add garlic and sesame oil to make traditional sesame paste.


Step 5. Place the noodles on a serving plate, put the shredded cucumber and carrot on top. Then. add the sauce made in the previous step and mix well. The dish is now ready to be served.
