1.Fresh Oyster Soup
Ingredients:
150 g of Fresh Oysters
50 g of Onions
50 g of Mushrooms
60 g of Potato
20 g of Carrots
20 g of Cream
2 tablespoon of Flour
1 tablespoon of Fresh cream
500 ml of Water
Seasoning:
White wine
Directions:
Step 1. After cleaning the oysters, blanch them in boiling water for a while before setting them aside for later use.
Step 2. Cut the onion, mushroom, potato, and carrot into small slices.
Step 3. Heat up some butter in a pan. After the butter melts, add the onion slices and mushroom slices. Fry them until turn fragrant
Step 4. Add potato slices and carrot slices into the pan. Fry them until cooked.
Step 5. Add flour and stir continuously until they turn fragrant. Then, slowly add water when constantly stirring until the soup becomes thick.
Step 6. Add white wine, fresh oysters, and fresh cream into the pan. Now wait until the soup has boiled. The soup is now ready to be served.
2.Fresh Garlic Oysters
Ingredients:
300 g of Fresh Oysters
5 slices of Ginger
3 tablespoons of Sweet Potato Powder
Sauce:
3 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons of Wate
½ tablespoon of Sugar
6 cloves of Garlic (Ground)
2 minced of Green Onions

Directions:
Step 1. To make the sauce, mix the listed ingredients together and set aside for now.
Step 2. Boil a pot of water. After the water boils, add ginger slices and cook them over a low flame.
Step 3. Coat the fresh oysters with thin sweet potato powder and put them in the pot one by one. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for 40 seconds.
Step 4. Place the cooked oysters in a dish and pour the sauce over it. The dish is now ready.
3.Basil Oyster Omelette
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
50 g of Basil
50 g of Oysters
1 teaspoon of Salt
Directions:
Step 1. Cook the oysters in boiling water for 5-10 seconds. Then, set it aside for later.
Step 2. Clean the basil leaves and set aside for later.
Step 3. Beat the eggs with an appropriate amount of soy sauce.
Step 4. Add the basil leaves to the egg and mix well.
Step 5. Pour the egg and oysters into a pan. Next, cook them over medium flame for 1 minute.
Step 6. Fry until the omelete turns golden brown and the dish is ready to be served.
4.Crispy Fried Oyster
Ingredients:
200 g of Oyster
5 g of Chicken Seasoning Powder
30 g of Sweet Potato Powder
10 g of Black Pepper
10 g of Salt
Directions:
Step 1. Wash the oysters and drain them, then use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the water.
Step 2. Season the oyster with chicken seasoning powder, then fry them in a hot pan of oil.
Step 3. Fry until the oyster is crispy golden brown. The oysters are now ready to be served with black pepper and salt as condiments.
5.Dry Mixed fresh oyster
Ingredients:
300 g of fresh oysters
30 g of Shallots
1 Fried Dough Stick
1 Green Onion
1 Chili
10 g of Minced Garlic
A pinch of Coriander
A moderate amount of Corn Starch
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
3 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
1/2 tablespoon of Black Vinegar
A moderate amount of Sugar
3 tablespoon of Water
Directions:
Step 1. After washing the fresh oysters, Coat them with some cornstarch.
Step 2. Cut the fried dough sticks into small pieces. Place them into a pan of hot oil and fry. When they are crispy, then set them aside for later.
Step 3. Finely chop the shallots, shallots, peppers, and coriander.
Step 4. Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan,. Then, add the chopped shallots and sauté on high heat until fragrant.
Step 5. Next, add in the minced garlic, chopped green onion, and chopped chili together. Stir fry them for a while, then take them out.

6.Oyster Rice Soup
Ingredients:
200 g of fresh oysters
3 Shiitake Mushrooms
50 g of Bamboo Shoots
20 g of Shrimp
30 g of Minced Celery
20 g of Garlic
80 g of Sweet Potato Powder
1000ml of Broth
2 bowls of Rice
Seasoning:
2 teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Chicken Seasoning Powder
A moderate amount of Pepper
Directions:
Step 1. Wash the fresh oysters and coat them in a layer of sweet potato powder and blanch them in boiling water; shred the bamboo shoots and set aside.
Step 2. Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot. Next, add shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimps fry until they turn fragrant. Then, add the bamboo shoots and stir fry.
Step 3. Now pour the broth in and cook the dish on high flame for about 2 minutes
Step 4. Add all the seasonings and fresh oysters. Bring the pot to a boil, then turn off the flame.
Step 5. Pour the broth and ingredients onto some white rice. Then, add the crispy garlic and chopped celery on top. The dish is now ready to be served.
