Braised Bean Curd
3 Bean Curds
3 Shiitake Mushrooms
25 g of Carrots
30 g of Celery
2 tablespoon of Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Step 1. Cut bean curds into large slices; Soak shiitake mushrooms in water until turned soft, then shred them to pieces; Peel and shred carrots; Remove leaves and cut celery into sections. Then, set them aside for now.
Step 2. Heat up 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Next, add the shredded shiitake mushrooms and saute them until they turn fragrant. Then, add shredded carrots and stir-fry.
Step 3. Add the bean curds into the pan along with all the seasonings. After that, cook for about 1 minute and add the celery. When the ingredients are evenly mixed together, the dish is ready to be served.
2.Fried Bean Curd
150 g of Bean Bag
20 g of Carrots
10 g of Black Fungus
20 g of Green Pepper
½ teaspoon of Salt
½ teaspoon Fresh Chicken Seasoning Powder
Step 1. Wash the bean curds; Wash the carrots and peel them; Wash the black fungus and remove the stalks; Remove the stalks and seeds of the green; cut into silk for use.
Step 2. Heat up an appropriate amount of oil in a pan. Next, add shredded carrots and stir-fry on low flame until the color changes. Then, add all the remaining ingredients along with all the seasonings and continue to stir-fry over medium to low flame until fully cooked. The dish is then ready to be served.
3.Bean Curd Seasonal Vegetable
6 pieces of Bean Curds
1/4 Bell Peppers
1 tablespoon of Yakiniku Sauce
1 spoon of Soy Sauce
Step 1. Cut the bean curds in half. Next, fry them until they become crispy. Then, cut them into strips
Step 2. Cut the bell pepper into strips; Cut the onion into thick strips; cut the cucumber into 4 long strips.
Step 3. Cook separately the cucumbers and bell peppers for 1 minute.
Step 4. In another frying pan, sauté the onion.
Step 5. Next, add bell pepper and cucumber in with the onion, stir fry. Then. add bean curds then Yakiniku sauce and soy sauce to taste. When the the ingredients are evenly mixed, the dish is ready to be served.
4.Sweet and Sour Bean Curd
8 Bean Curds
Sweet and Sour sauce:
3 tablespoon Fine Sugar
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon of Tomato Sauce
3 tablespoon of Water
3 tbsp of White Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Corn Starch
Step 1. Fry the bean curds until they turn golden brown. Then, set it aside for later.
Step 2. Mix the sweet and sour sauce evenly before adding the bean curds. Next, cook the dish on medium-low. When the bean curds are done cooking, scoop the dish up with the gravy and sprinkle coriander on top. The dish is now ready to be served.
5.Crispy Bean Curd
4 Bean Curds
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon of Sweet Potato Powder
Step 1. Cut the bean curds in half. Next, mix them well with egg, salt, pepper, and sweet potato powder.
Step 2. Heat up a pot and place about half of the bean curds in it.
Step 3. The bean curds are cooked once they start to float to the surface. Heat up some oil in a pan. Then, cover the bean curds in egg and fry.
Step 4. Fry them for about 6 minutes until they turn golden brown. You can sprinkle some salt and pepper or dip it with your favorite sauce.
6.Crispy Garlic Bean Curd
8 g of Bean Curd
Half a Welsh Onion
100 g of Chilies
150 g of Minced Garlic
25 g of Salt
5 g of White Pepper
10 g of Salt
Step 1. Cut bean buns into four pieces and set aside for later; Cut green onion and chili into sections; Mince garlic and set aside for later.
Step 2. Fry the crispy bean curds in a pan. When they are cooked, drain the oil and leave them out to cool.
Step 3. Boil a moderate amount of oil in a pan. When the oil boils, fry the minced garlic and chili until they turn fragrant. Next, add bean curds back in and stir fry.
Step 4. Next, add in chopped green onion. Then, mix well before switching off the flame. Sprinkle in white pepper and salt on the bean curds. Mix well and the dish is ready.
