1.Yangzhou fried rice

食譜:揚州炒飯

Ingredients:

50g of Barbecued pork

50g of Shrimp

1 egg

Green beans

Shredded western lettuce

Chopped green onion

A bowl of rice

Seasoning:

Maggi Fresh Seasoning

1/4 teaspoon of Chicken Essence

Salt

 

Steps:

1 Wash the shrimps and dice them dry. Dice the barbecued pork and blanch the green beans in boiling water before draining them.

2 Put  oil in a pot to heat up, stir-fry the diced barbecued pork and diced shrimp over high heat, then pick them up and set aside.

3 Beat the eggs into egg liquid, stir-fry in the pan while it is hot until the color turns slightly golden. Add in white rice and stir-fry until the rice grains are loosen

4 Add in the diced barbecued pork, diced shrimp, cooked green beans, green onion, shredded lettuce and all seasonings

5 Continue to stir-fry evenly and serve

 

2.Thai Fried Rice

Ingredients:

50g of Chicken diced

30g of Shrimp

30g fresh scallops

30g of Diced pineapple

20g diced asparagus

1 egg

A bowl of rice

20g of pork floss

10 g of crushed nuts

Seasoning:

A. Cornstarch and salt

B. Fresh chicken essence

 

Steps:

1 Stir the diced chicken and seasoning A evenly and marinate. Beat the eggs into egg liquid for later use.

2 In a hot oil pan, stir-fry the diced chicken, shrimp, and fresh scallops over high heat, then remove and drain.

3 Fry the egg liquid and rice together in a hot oil pan until the rice grains are loosen

4 Put the ingredients, pineapple and seasoning B into the pan and stir-fry until the flavor is absorb and then place on a plate

5 Sprinkle with pork floss and chopped nuts before serving

 

3.Fried rice with XO sauce

Ingredients:

30g of Scallops

30g of Shrimp

30g of Flower branch slices

1 egg

1/4 of Green beans

Asparagus slices

A bowl of rice

Seasoning:

1 teaspoon of  XO sauce

Maggi Fresh Seasoning

Fresh chicken essence

Salt

 

Steps:

1 Blanch the fresh scallops and shrimps in boiling water, then remove and drain.

2 Heat up oil in a pan, first sauté the X.O sauce. Then, add in egg, white rice and fry until the rice is loosen

3 Add in the rest of the ingredients and other seasonings and stir-fry evenly before serving.

 

4.Fried rice with salted fish and chicken

食譜:咸魚雞粒炒飯

Ingredients:

30g of diced Salted fish

60g of chicken breast

1 egg

Ginger grains

Chopped green onion

A bowl of rice

Seasoning:

A.  Fresh chicken essence, 1/4 teaspoon of cornstarch, salt

B.  Maggi Dew Seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar

 

Steps:

1 Beat the eggs into egg liquid for later use.

2 Wash the chicken breast and cut them into small pieces, then mix them with seasoning A and a little egg liquid to marinate evenly.

3 Put  oil in a pan to heat up, stir-fry the oil over high heat and leave it for later.

4 Sauté the salted fish cubes in the hot pan over low heat, then add in the ginger cubes, chopped green onion and the rest of the egg mixture. Stir fry slightly and serve

 

5.Protein Fried Rice with Scallop

食譜:干貝蛋白炒飯

Ingredients:

3 fresh scallops

3 dried scallops

3 egg whites

Diced carrots

Diced asparagus

Minced celery

A bowl of rice

Seasonings:

Fresh chicken essence

Salt

 

Steps:

1 Blanch the diced asparagus and carrots in boiling water, then remove them and drain.

2 Take out a pot and pour 100㏄ of water, add the scallops and steam it in the electric pot for about 2 hours. Then, pick it up and crush it for later use.

3 Heat up oil in a pan, fry the egg whites until it is half cooked. Then, add in white rice and fry until the rice is loosen

4 Add in all the ingredients and continue to stir-fry. Lastly, add in the  fresh chicken crystals and salt to enhance the flavor.

 

6.Curry Seafood Fried Rice

Ingredients:

30g of Shrimp diced

30g of Fresh scallops

5g of Green beans

5g of Carrot diced

15 g of diced onion

10 g of diced green pepper

10 g of diced red sweet pepper

1 egg

A bowl of rice

Seasonings:

1 teaspoon of curry powder

1/4 teaspoon of sugar

Salt

 

Steps:

1 Take outa  pot and start boiling water, put in all the ingredients (except the white rice, eggs, and diced onions) into the pot and blanch. Then, remove and drain.

2 Heat up the oil pan, fry the diced onion in the pan and fry the egg in the pan until they are cooked.

3 In a hot pan, fry the white rice until the rice grains are loosen, add in all the ingredients and all the seasonings, stir and fry evenly to absorb the flavor. Then, serve.
