1.Chive Oatmeal

食譜:香蔥燕麥粥

Ingredients:

80g of Oatmeal

300cc of Water

5g of Dried bonito flakes

1 green onion

1 teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoon of light salt soy sauce

 

Steps:

1 Wash the green onions and chop them into fine pieces.

2 Pour water into the soup pot and boil, add in the bonito flakes and wait for the water to boil again. Then, turn off the heat.

3 Submerge the bonito flakes  into the bottom of the pot, and strain the bonito broth with a strainer.

4 Next, cook the bonito broth over  low fire, add salt and light salt soy sauce and mix well.

5 Pour in oatmeal in and cook for about 1 minute while stirring. Put it in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.

 

2.Oatmeal seafood porridge

食譜:燕麥海鮮粥

Ingredients:

100g of Comprehensive oatmeal

50g of Medium roll

50g of Shrimp

15 g of diced onion

5 grams of minced garlic

10 grams of cream

1000㏄ of Stock

Seasoning:

1 tablespoon of fresh cream

1/4 teaspoon of salt

Diced black pepper

 

Steps:

1 Wash the integrated oatmeal and drain the water, set it aside for later use

2 The middle rolls are cleaned and are cut into slices after the internal organs are removed; the shrimps are cleaned after the intestines have been removed. Set aside for later use.

3 Boil a pot of water and place in the rolls and shrimp to blanch. Remove and drain the water, set it aside

4 Put cream in a hot pot, add in minced garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant. Then, pour in the broth

5 Add in the oatmeal and boil the integrated oatmeal, change the heat to low and cover the pot and cook for about 4 minutes

6 Put in the medium rolls, shrimp and all seasonings.  Mix well and cook again until it boils.

 

3.Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients:

80g of Oatmeal

50g of Apple

50cc of Apple juice

150cc of Milk

30 grams of dried fruit

 

Steps:

1 Peel and slice the apples.

2 Take out a soup pot and pour in the apple slices and the rest of the ingredients into the soup pot.  Mix well.

3 Put on a lid on the pot and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

 

4.Yogurt Banana Oats

Ingredients:

5 tablespoons of cooked oatmeal

2 tablespoon of mixed nuts

1 banana

Seasoning:

5 tablespoon of soy milk yogurt

Steps:

1 Take out a salad bowl, add in the cooked oatmeal and pour in soy milk yogurt.

2 Slice the bananas and place them on the oatmeal soy milk yogurt, then sprinkle with mixed nuts and mint leaves.

 

5.Raisin Cereal Cookies

食譜:葡萄乾麥片餅乾

Ingredients:

85 grams of cream

75 grams of caster sugar

1 egg

150g of Low-gluten flour

50 grams of raisins

60g of Oatmeal

1 1/3 tablespoon of fresh milk

 

Steps:

1 After the cream has softened, beat it with sugar until it turns fluffy and white.

2 After the eggs are broken into egg liquid, add them in the cream  2 to 3 times and mix well.  Sift in low-gluten flour and then add in fresh milk. Mix well.

3 Soak the raisins in water to soften them, then drain the water and chop them. Add them together with the oatmeal and mix well to form a batter.

4 Cover the baking pan with parchment paper, and put the batter into a squeezing bag. Then, directly squeeze it into the baking pan without the need for a spout

5 Squeeze about 25 portions and place them in the upper layer of the oven. Lastly, bake at 180℃ for about 15 minutes.
