Ingredients:

3000ml of Soy Milk

1 pack of Pudding powder

1 can of evaporated milk

1 can of Sweet longan

 

Steps:

1 Pour 3000ml of soy milk water and a can of evaporated milk into a pot.

2 When the water boils, turn off the heat and add in the pudding powder. Keep stirring until it melts, then turn off the heat.

3 Pour the soy milk into the mold, let it cool before adding in the longan meat,

2.Milo Melaleuca Jelly

Ingredients:

Utilization (10 inch square die)

Material A-(Milo layer)

1/2 of package agar-agar powder

160g of Milo

60g of Fine sugar

1200ml of Water

 

Steps:

1 Brew Milo with hot water, then in add the rest of the water and mix. (The total amount of water is 1200ml.)

2 Mix in all the prepared ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and set aside.

 

Material B-(Condensed milk layer)

1/2 of package agar-agar powder

3/4 can of Condensed milk

A pinch of salt

1200ml of Water

 

Steps:

1 Rinse the condensed milk with hot water and mix it with other water. (The total amount of water is 1200ml.)

2 Mix in all the ingredients and bring it to a boil. Turn to low heat and set aside.

 

Melaleuca agar-agar combination:

1 Scoop in a layer of Milo agar-agar and when the surface has slightly solidified, add in the condensed milk layer.

2 Repeat until all the agar-agar liquid are used up.

3 Wait for it to cool, and put it in the refrigerator and take it out when it is cool and hard.

 

3.Cendol Coconut Milk Jelly

Ingredients:

(Coconut milk layer)

10g of Agar-agar powder

100g of Sugar

A pinch of salt

300ml of Thick coconut milk

600ml of water

(Cendol layer)

10g of Agar-agar powder

100g of Sugar

200g of Cendol  + 100ml of water  (grind)

700ml of water

 

Steps:

1 Mix (A) in a pot, stir and bring it to a boil. Then, set aside.

2 Take 200ml of coconut milk agar-agar and pour it into an 8-inch heart-shaped mold.

3 Mix (B) in a pot, stir and bring to a boil. Then, set aside.

4 When the coconut milk layer is half solidified, take 200ml of cendol agar-agar and pour it on the coconut milk layer.

5 Use the same method until 2 servings of agar-agar have been used up.

6 After solidification, put it in the refrigerator and freeze.

4.Agar-agar with brown sugar coconut milk

Ingredients:

Brown sugar agar-agar layer:

700g of water, 7g of agar-agar powder, 80g of brown sugar, 2 pandan leaves (knotted)

Coconut Jelly Layer:

250g of coconut milk, 60g of sugar, 7g of agar-agar powder, 450g of water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 2 pandan leaves (knotted)

 

Steps:

1 Mix the brown sugar agar-agar layer ingredients in a pot, wait until it boils and continue to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and pour them into a mold.

2 In another pot, mix in the same ingredients (except coconut milk) for the coconut agar-agar layer and bring it to a boil. Continue to simmer for 2-3 minutes.

3 Finally, add in the coconut milk and boil again, then turn off the heat.

4 Pour the coconut milk agar-agar layer onto the semi-solidified brown sugar agar-agar layer, sprinkle some honey red beans or put some of your favorite fruits (optional).

5 Repeat until the agar-agar liquid has been used up.

 

5.Jelly Egg

200g of white sugar

2200ml of Clear water

Food coloring (optional color)

1 Pour the agar-agar powder into a bowl, put in half a cup of water and stir evenly. Firstly, boil around 1300ml of water, then put in the Pandan leaves with sugar and stir

2 Pour in the agar-agar powder water, add some pudding powder and stir to let it set. Boil and turn off the heat

3 You can add some color pigments.  Add a layer to the egg shell and boil each layer on a low fire. The rainbow eggs that are not hot enough will not look good.

4 The same goes for each layer. Lastly, put it in the refrigerator
