1.Fried Bitter Gourd with Salted Egg
1 bitter gourd
1 salted egg
Minced ginger (can be changed to garlic)
2 tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon of salt (for removing bitter water)
1 tablespoon of wine
1 Pick up the bitter gourd and remove the seeds and white inner membrane, slice it and put it in a plastic bag. Add in a teaspoon of salt and shake it for 5 minutes to remove the bitter water. After the bitter water is gone, wash it with water and dry it with a paper towel. Divide the salted egg into white and egg yolk and chopped them separately.
2 Sauté the minced ginger in hot oil
3 Add in the salted egg yolk and stir fry until foamy
4 Add in the bitter gourd and stir fry until coated with egg yolk
5 Add in the salted egg whites and stir-fry evenly. Add in a spoonful of wine to remove eggy taste.
6 Add in two tablespoons of water and fry until the bitter gourd becomes soft. Dry the water. Sesame oil can be added to the pot to increase the dish fragrance
2.Bitter Gourd Omelets
One bitter gourd, 4 eggs
1 Cut 1 small root of bitter gourd in half, remove the flesh and cut three small strips on each half. Then, finely cut the bitter gourd into thin slices. Boil hot water in a small pot, add in wine and salt and place in the bitter gourd after boiling. After blanching until it changes color, pour it into a strainer and drain the water.
2 4 eggs, add in salt, pepper, wine and beat it together. Then, add in the bitter gourd slices and mix well
3 Heat up a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, pour in 1 tablespoon of oil and shake the pan to make a layer of oil on the bottom of the pan. 3.Bitter Gourd Stewed Pork Ribs Soup
6 bitter gourd
About 500g of Spare ribs
1 Indian jujube
3500 cc of Water
1 Firstly, cut the bitter gourd in half , then cut out the gluten before cutting them in half. Cut the ribs into sections
2. Put about 3500cc of water in the pressure cooker, then put in all the bitter gourd ribs and Indian jujube in. Close the lid and turn on high heat.
3.Wait until the air valve of the pressure cooker rises, turn to low heat and cook for about 40 minutes. Then turn off the heat until the air valve drops, then open the lid and add sea salt.
4. Your dish is now done.
4.Bitter Gourd Braised Pork
2 bitter gourd
1 Cut the bitter gourd into (the shape you like), rub it with salt and wait for 10-15minutes
2 After washing away the salt, boil a pot of hot water and let it boil over cold water
3 Marinate the pork with sugar, soy sauce, wine, cornstarch and oil for at least 1-2 hours
4 Then, add it the pork and sauté the oil
5 Sauté the pork and stir-fry the bitter gourd
6 Add in oyster sauce and stir-fry with water, then turn on high heat to boil. Lastly, turn to low heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
5.Ancient flavor ginger roast pork bitter gourd
1 bitter gourd
15g of Ginger
3 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of mirin
80ml of water
200g of Pork slices
1 Add oil to the pan and fry the pork until both sides are colored.
2 Then add in the bitter gourd and stir fry a few times. Add in soy sauce from the side of the pot and stir fry until fragrant.
3 Add in ginger slices and water to boil over high heat. After boiling, change to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes.
