1.Avocado Shrimp with Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
1 avocado
10 shrimps
Milk
Steps:
1 Peel the shrimps and remove the intestines. Then, blanch them in low heat
2. Slice the avocado and arrange them. Lastly, squeeze some milk on it.
2.Japanese style potato salad with Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
350g of potatoes
120g of ham
60g of Cucumber
50g of carrots
2 hard boiled eggs
Seasoning:
5 tablespoon of salad dressing
1 teaspoon of green mustard
1/4 teaspoon of fine salt
Steps:
1 Peel and cut the potatoes. Put it in a microwave container and cover them over high heat for 5 minutes.
2 After letting it cool, put it in a food bag and use a rolling pin to make a puree.
3 Cut the carrot and cucumber into small slices and dice the ham.
4 Bring the water to a boil in a pot and add in carrots. Once they are hot, remove and rinse with cold boiling water. Drain and set aside.
5 Place the eggs in a pot under cold water and boil until they are cooked. Remove the shell and cut them into small fine pieces
6 Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add salad dressing, wasabi and salt.
7 Mix thoroughly with a spatula. It is better to eat after putting a lid and storing in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3.Sauteed Chicken Breasts with Miso Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
1 piece of chicken breast
1 teaspoon of miso
1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
White sesame seeds
Steps:
1 Slice the chicken breast, add in miso and mayonnaise and stir well. Refrigerate it for 4 hours.
2 Use a hot pan to fry the chicken on both sides until they turn slightly golden on each sides. Sprinkle white sesame before serving it on a plate.
4.Japanese style mayo miso king trumpet mushroom
Ingredients:
2 oyster mushrooms
2 teaspoons of Japanese mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of miso
Steps:
1 Cut the king trumpet mushroom into 3 pieces.
2 Mix in Japanese mayonnaise and miso well and spread on the mushrooms
3 Fry them in a pan until the mushrooms turn golden on both sides
5.Korean spicy sauce pork with Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
500 g of pork plum meat
1 chopped green onion
Cornstarch
0.5 teaspoon of Korean sesame oil
Marinate meat:
2 minced garlic cloves
0.5 teaspoon of salt
1.5 tablespoon of soy sauce
Black pepper
1 whole egg
Sauce:
2 teaspoon of Korean hot sauce
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of honey
Steps:
1 Mix in the marinated meat ingredients with the meat chunks and marinate them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2 Add in cornstarch to coat the marinated meat evenly.
3 Add oil in a hot pan and fry each sides until they turn golden brown and crispy.
4 Mix in the sauce parts thoroughly.
5 Mix the mayonnaise sauce with the fried meat and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
