1.Pork with Tofu

食譜:豬肉鑲豆腐

Ingredients:

150 g of Ground Pork

A box of Tofu

20 g of Chopped Green Onion

10 g of Minced Ginger

6 small Red Pepper Flakes

 

Seasoning:

1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of rice wine, 100 ml of water

 

Directions:

 

Step 1. Mix ground pork, add chopped green onion, ginger and salt in a steel basin. Then, stir evenly with fine sugar, cornstarch and sesame oil to form a filling. Place them in the refrigerator for later use.

 

Step 2. Cut the tofu into 6 cubes with a thickness of about 1 cm. Spread the tofus on a plate layered with cornstarch.

 

Step 3. Place an equal amount of filling obtained on the tofu equally and spread them evenly. Next, decorate the top of the tofu with red pepper flakes.

2.Mapo Tofu

Ingredients:

A box of Tofu

60 g of Ground Pork

2 Green Onions

15 g of Minced Garlic

10 g of Minced Ginger

 

Seasoning:

Seasoning A – 2 tablespoons of red chili sauce

 

Seasoning B – 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 100 ml of water

 

Seasoning C – 1 tablespoon of cornstarch water, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/8 teaspoon of Chinese Pepper 

 

Directions:

Step 1. Dice tofu; Cut green onion. Set them aside for later.

 

Step 2. Heat up some oil in a pan. Next, sauté the minced garlic and ginger over a low heat. Then add the ground pork and fry until they are cooked.

 

Step 3. Add the red chili sauce and stir fry until they become fragrant. Add all seasoning B. Add the tofu and bring it to a boil.

 

Step 4. When the chili boils, turn the fire down low. Next, add in the cornstarch water slowly while continuously stirring the pot to spread the cornstarch evenly.

 

Step 5. Add sesame oil in a bowl and scoop a portion of tofu into the bowl. Next, sprinkle some chopped green onion and pepper. The tofu is now ready to be served.

 

3.Steamed Tofu with Fermented Bean Paste

Ingredients:

2 pieces of Tofu

10 g of Ginger

10 g of Red Chili

40 g of Ground Meat

 

Seasoning:

2 teaspoon of Fermented Bean Paste

 

Directions:

Step 1. Wash the tofu and place it in a steaming bowl; Mince the ginger and red chili. Then, and place them on the tofu.

 

Step 2. Mix the ground meat and fermented bean paste together. Then, pour the mix on the tofu of.

 

Step 3. Boil a pot of water and place a steaming rack inside the pot. 

 

Step 4. Place the bowl on the steaming rack. Then, cover the pot with a lid and steam for about 10 minutes. The dish is then ready to be served.

 

4.Tofu with Mushrooms

食譜:嫩菇豆腐

Ingredients:

A box of Tofu

10 g of Enoki Mushroom

5 g of Broccoli 

 

Seasoning:

2 tablespoon of Mirin

1/2 teaspoon of Soy Sauce

20 ml of Stock

 

Directions:

Step 1. Wash the enoki mushrooms and cut them into small sections; Wash the broccoli and cut into small pieces. Set them aside for later use.

 

Step 2. Place the enoki mushroom section and all the seasonings into a pot and cook them for about 2 minutes.

 

Step 3. Add the broccoli in and cook. After the dish is cooked, turn the heat off and set aside.

 

Step 4. Take out the box of tofu and rinse with cold boiling water. Place the tofu on a plate and evenly pour the cooked ingredients on the tofu. The dish is now ready to be served.

 

5.Seafood Pumpkin Tofu

食譜:南瓜海鮮豆腐

Ingredients:

A box of Tofu

200 g of Pumpkin

50 g of Shrimp

100 g of Squid

2 fresh Shiitake Mushrooms

50 g of Cauliflower

10 g of Minced Garlic

15 g of Minced Finger

20 g of Minced Onion

 

Seasoning:

300 ml of Stock

1 teaspoon of Salt

Pepper

 

Directions:

Step 1. Dice the tofu and fresh mushrooms; Cut squid and cauliflower into small pieces.

 

Step 2. Peel the pumpkin and place it in a slow cooker with a cup of water to the outer pot, Steam the pumpkin. After the slow cooker is done cooking, take the pumpkin out and mash the pumpkin.

 

Step 3. Heat up some oil in a pan. Next, fry the minced ginger, minced garlic and minced onion over low heat until they become fragrant. Then, add shrimp, squid and fresh mushrooms. Stir fry them for a while.

 

Step 4. Add all the seasonings and mashed potato into the pan. Mix well before finally adding tofu and cauliflower.

 

Step 5. Bring all the ingredients to a boil over low heat for about 30 seconds. The dish is now ready to be served.
