1.Crispy Potato Crepe
Ingredients:
Ingredients A – 250 g of potato, 2 slices of bacon, 1 stick of celery
Ingredients B – 70 g of all-purpose flour, 30 g of glutinous rice flour, 100 ml of water
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon of soy sauce, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of mirin
Directions:
Step 1. Peel and cut the potatoes into shreds. Next, soak them in water to remove starch; Cut the bacon slices into small pieces and fry in a pot; cut celery into small pieces. Mix the ingredients together and set aside for later
Step 2. Mix Ingredient B well with the seasoning in a bowl. Then, add the ingredients mixture from earlier to the bowl and mix well.
Step 3. Heat up an appropriate amount of cooking oil. Next, pour the mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly. Fry the pancake until both sides are crispy and golden colour. The pancake is ready to be served.
2.Seafood Crepe
Ingredients:
80 g of Shrimp
80 g of Fish
40 g of Scallions
50 g of Shredded Cabbages
30 g of Shredded Carrots
50 g of Leek
100 g of All-purpose flour 100 g
Water 150cc
Seasoning:
Seasoning A – 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of caster sugar
Seasoning B – 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
Step 1. Wash the shrimps and remove the skins. Remove the fish organs and cut it into small pieces
Step 2. Next, mix all-purpose flour and Seasoning A together. Next, add water and mix well to make a batter
Step 3. Heat up 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a pan. Then, add the shrimp and fish into the pan and fry until the surface turns white. Next, add the shredded cabbage, leeks, and shredded carrots in. Stir well until it is completely dry.
Step 4. After there is no moisture left, add seasoning B into the pan. Then, add the batter of and mix well.
Step 5. Heat up 2 tablespoons of salad oil in another pan. Next, add the batter in and turn to low fry it on a low flame for about 3 minutes on each side until it is crispy and golden brown. The pancakes are now ready to be served.
3.Fresh Oyster Crepe
Ingredients:
100 g of Fresh oysters
30 g of Basil
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons of Flour
1 tablespoon of Cornstarch
3 tablespoons of Water
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon of Salt
Half teaspoon of Pepper
Directions:
Step 1. Wash fresh oysters and drain; cut the basil into small sections and set aside.
Step 2. In a container, add flour, cornstarch, eggs, and water. Next, mix and stir them together to form a batter. Then, add the basil, fresh oysters and seasonings. Mix well.
Step 3. Heat up a pan, then pour an appropriate amount of batter into the pan and fry it on high flames until both sides turn golden brown. Take the pancake out and it is ready to be served.
4.Instant Noodle Crepe
Ingredients:
Ingredients A – 1 packet of instant noodles, 100 g of bean sprouts, 1 stick of leek
Ingredients B – 40 g of all-purpose flour, 80 g of water, 1 egg
Seasoning:
A pack of Instant Noodles with Seasoning
1 tablespoon of Mirin
Directions:
Step 1. Cut the bean sprouts and leeks into small pieces; Crush the instant noodles with your hands.
Step 2. Mix Ingredients B into a batter. Then, add seasonings and ingredients together and mix well.
Step 3. Heat up an appropriate amount of cooking oil in a pan. Then, pour the batter into the pan and fry slowly on low flames until the whole pancake is golden brown. The is pancake ready to be served.
5.Kimchi Pork Crepe
Ingredients:
100 g of Korean Kimchi
100 g of Pork Belly Slices
150 g of Soy Bean Sprouts
40 g of All-purpose Flour
80 ml of Water
1 Egg
A pack of Crushed Instant Noodles
Seasoning:
Seasoning A – A pinch of salt, a moderate amount of sesame oil
Seasoning B – 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1 tablespoon of rice wine
Directions:
Step 1. Wash the soybean sprouts; Place 2 slices of ginger and the soybean sprouts in a pot of water. Bring it to a boil. Next, turn down to low heat and cover with a lid. Cook the soybean sprouts for about 5 minutes until it becomes soft.
Step 2. Drain the water and leave it out to cool. Later, add seasoning A with the bean sprout and mix well.
Step 3. Heat up some oil in a pan. Add pork belly slices in and fry until the color changes. Then, add seasoning B and stir fry until the ingredients become fragrant.
Step 4. To make the batter, mix the all-purpose flour, water, egg and crushed noodles together. Then, add the bean sprouts from earlier and mix well.
Step 5. Heat up a moderate oil in a pan. Next, mix the fried pork belly slices with the batter and fry until the batter turns golden brown. The pancakes is now ready to be served.
