1.Steamed tea bowl with fresh clams and tofu



1 piece of tofu

20 fresh clams

4 shrimps

4 eggs

200ml water

Garlic slices

Chopped green onion

2 teaspoon of oil

1 teaspoon of light soy sauce




1 Add a oil and sauté the garlic slices.

2 Add in the clams and fry until they are fully cooked. Remove the clam meat and save the clam sauce for later use.

3 Beat the eggs. Add in water, 4 tablespoons of clam juice and seasonings. Mix well to form a mixed egg mixture.

4 Divide the tofu, clam meat and shrimp into 4 tea bowls and pour in the mixed egg mixture

5 After boiling, steam over a low heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and enjoy.


2.Steamed Shrimp Tea Bowl



2 shrimps

1 fresh shiitake mushroom

2 eggs


1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of rice wine

3 tablespoon of water



1 After the eggs are beaten, add in all the seasonings and beat them well. Then, strain through a sieve.

2 Pour in the egg liquid  into a plate and cover with plastic wrap.

3 After the water has boiled, put it in the steaming rack and place the plate on the rack.

4 Insert a toothpick or thick paper on the side of the pot cover to leave a gap that allows the steam to overflow slightly. It is to prevent the eggs from being overcooked.

5 Steam for about 8 minutes until the surface has solidified, then put the shrimp and fresh mushrooms in. Cover the pot and steam for about 10 minutes

6 Open the lid and check the pot to see if the egg liquid is completely solidified and will not shake

7 If the eggs are still shaking, cover the lid and steam again. Steam until the egg liquid is completely set and does not shake.


3.Steamed tea bowl with fresh milk tea



250cc of Fresh milk

50cc of Chicken stock

2 eggs

A pinch of salt

2 grass shrimp

2 shiitake mushrooms



1 Take out a steaming bowl and stir the eggs, fresh milk, and broth evenly. Add in salt, then pour it into a paper towel and filter carefully. Boiled and peeled the grass shrimp and leave it for later use.

2 Take out a steamer and bring the water to a boil. Put in a steaming bowl and cover the pot and steam for about 2 minutes on high heat, then switch to medium heat and continue steaming for about 10 minutes.

3 Open the lid and place the grass shrimp and mushrooms on the lid. Continue to steam for about 3 to 5 minutes until cooked.





3 eggs

2 cups of water

5g of Bacon

5g of Carrots

10g of Skinless chicken breast


1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of chicken powder


1 Beat the eggs into liquid; peel the chicken breast shreds after blanching and peel; chop the bacon; peel and shred carrots. Set the ingredients aside.

2 Mix the ingredients with all the seasonings and water. Stir well for later use.

3 Put the egg mixture  into a container and  put it into the steamer. Cover the pot with a small gap and steam it on high heat for about 12 minutes.

5.Steamed tea bowl with Clams and Eggs



8 clams, 2 eggs, 120cc of clam water, 6 goji berries



1 Place a small pot of water, add in salt and mix well. Add a few drops of oil on the surface of the water after adding the clams and let the clams stand for more than 1 hour

2 Take about 180cc of water and bring it to a boil. Add in the clams and continue to cook until the clams are opened. Immediately pick them up and set aside

3 After cooking the clams, take about 120cc of the soup of the cooked clams and let it cool

4 Add the cold clam soup to the egg, beat well and sieve again

5 Place the clams in a container, pour in the egg liquid and cut the wolfberry into small pieces and sprinkle it as decoration

6 Seal the surface of the container with aluminum foil, poke a few holes with a toothpick and put it in the steamer

7 Steam on high heat for 10 minutes
