1.Korean Spicy Dried Tofu

食譜:韓味辣豆乾

Ingredients:

6 Fried Tofu

1 Green Onion

3 bulbs of Garlic

 

Seasoning:

1 tablespoon of Korean Chili Paste

1 teaspoon of Korean Chili Powder

1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil

 

Directions:

Step 1. First slice dried tofu and blanch it for a while.

 

Step 2. Mince the shallots and garlic. Then, set them aside for la ter.

 

Step 3. Take a bowl and pour all the seasonings in. Next, add a little boiling water to adjust the seasonings.

 

Step 4. Stir the seasoning well. Then, pour the seasoning, chopped green onion, and minced garlic on to the dried tofu.

 

Step 5. Mix well all the ingredients and dish is ready to be served.

 

 

 

2.Korean Spicy Winter Noodles

食譜:韓式辣拌冬粉

Ingredients:

100 g of Winter Noodles

60 g of Kimchi

30 g of Soy Bean Sprouts

1 small Cucumber

20g of Carrots

 

Sauce:

1 tablespoon of Korean Hot Sauce

1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce

1/4 teaspoon of Salt

1/4 teaspoon of Sugar

3 tablespoon of Water

 

Seasoning:

Cooked Sesame Seeds

1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil

 

Directions:

 

Step 1. Cook the winter noodles slightly in boiling water. When the noodles become soft, take it out and soaked it in cold water to cool.

 

Step 2 Also cook the soy bean sprouts in boiling. Then, soak it in cold water.

 

Step 3. Mix the sauce with the winter noodles. Then, add the other ingredients and mix well. The noodles are now ready to be served.

 

 

3.Korean Kimchi Seafood Pot

Ingredients:

60 g of Pork Belly Slices

100 g of Korean Kimchi

3 Shrimps

5 Clams

3 pieces of Tofu

 

20 g of winter noodles

 

Broth:

300ml of Water

1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon of Mirin

1 tablespoon of Rice Wine

½ teaspoon of Vegetarian Seasoning

 

Directions:

Step 1. Wash the fresh shrimp; Wash the clams out of the sand; Soak the winter noodles in water until it has softened. Set them aside for later.

 

Step 2. Mix all the soup base ingredients evenly in a pot and bring it to a boil. After the broth boils, add all the ingredients in and cook. When the noodles are thoroughly cooked, the noodles is the ready to be served.

 

 

 

4.Korean Kimchi Roast Pork

Ingredients:

300 g of Pork Slices

100 g of Korean Kimchi

½ Onion

 

Seasoning:

1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon of Sugar

 

Directions:

Step 1. Shred the onion; cut the kimchi into small pieces. Set them aside for later use.

 

Step 2. Heat up some salad oil in a pot. Then. add onions and sauté it until fragrant.

 

Step 3. Add the kimchi into the pot and fry until it turns fragrant. Next, add pork slices and stir fry until the flesh turns white.

 

Step 4. Add soy sauce and sugar. Fry until it is dry and fragrant. The pork slices are now ready to be served.

 

 

5. Korean Braised Lotus Root

食譜:醬煮蓮藕

Ingredients

300g of Lotus Root

Sesame Seeds

 

Seasoning:

2 and a half tablespoons of Soy Sauce

2 tablespoons of Wine

1 tablespoon of Sugar

1 tablespoon of Fructose

 

Directions:

Step 1. Wash lotus root and cut it into slices.

 

Step 2. Pour sugar, wine, water and lotus root slices into the pot. Bring the pot to a boil. After it boils, add soy sauce and cook the lotus over medium flames until it is 90% cooked.

 

Step 3. Add fructose and continue to cook until the lotus root is fully cooked. Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well before serving.
