1.Kimchi Instant Noodles

食譜:泡菜泡麵

Ingredients:

2 pieces of leave from Chinese Cabbage

2 Shrimps

3 Clams

1 teaspoon Chili Powder

1/2 tablespoon of Sugar

1/2 teaspoon of Salt

1 clove of Garlic

3 cups of Water

Kimchi

A pack of Instant Noodles

 

Directions:

Step 1. Tear the cabbage leaves into small pieces. Next, add chili powder, sugar, salt, and garlic on the cabbage for marinating.

 

Step 2. Boil the water, then add the grass shrimps and clams in to cook.

 

Step 3. Cook the noodles in a pot boiling water. When it is done, place the noodles in a bowl. Next, add the marinated cabbage, kimchi and seafood on the noodles and it is ready to be served.

 

 

 

2.Bakkwa Instant Noodles

Ingredients

50 g Dried Pork (Bakkwa)

Olive Vegetable

2 Shiitake Mushrooms

3 small Tomatoes

3 cups of Water

A pack of Instant Noodles

 

Directions:

Step 1. Firstly, boil the water in a pot.

 

Step 2. Then, add rice noodles, olive vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, small tomatoes, and instant noodle seasonings into the pot.

 

Step 3. Cook them for 5 minutes.

 

Step 4. When they are nearly cooked, add sliced dried pork into the pot. The dish is ready to be served after the noodles are cooked.

 

3.Shrimp Instant Noodles

Ingredients:

3 Shrimps

Small Cucumber Slices

Scallions

A pack of Instant Noodles

 

Directions:

Step 1. First, cook the shrimps in hot water to cook.

Step 2. Next, place the instant noodles and ingredients in a bowl. Then, pour hot water into the bowl and add the grass prawns, cucumber slices and green onions.

Step 3. Wait for 3 minutes until the noodles are soft edible.

 

 

4.Tomato Beef Instant Noodles

食譜:蕃茄牛肉絲泡麵

Ingredients:

50 g of Shredded Beef

1/3 slice of Tomato

Water Spinach

1 teaspoon of Cornstarch

1 teaspoon of Salad Oil

Half a teaspoon of Salt

3 cups of Water

A pack of Instant noodles

 

Directions:

Step 1. Marinate the shredded beef with cornstarch, salad oil, and salt for 5 minutes; Slice the tomatoes. Set them aside for later use.

 

Step 2. Boil 3 cups of water in a pot. Then, add the instant noodles, seasoning packet, marinated beef shreds, and tomato slices in. Cook it for 5 minutes and the noodles is ready to be served.

 

5.Teriyaki Tuna Instant Noodles

食譜:照燒鮪魚拌麵

Ingredients:

A can of Teriyaki Tuna

2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of Chopped Green Onion

A pack of Instant Noodles

 

Directions:

Step 1. Cook the instant noodles in hot water for 3 minutes,

Step 2. When it is done, drain and put the noodles on a plate. Next, pour a can of teriyaki tuna on the noodles.

bThen, drizzle salad dressing and sprinkle chopped green onion.  The noodles are ready to be served.
