1.Longan Coconut Milk Pudding
Ingredients:
Canned Longan
20g of agar-agar strips
250ml of coconut milk
450ml of milk
50g of sugar
500ml of water
Steps:
1 Open the can of longan, take the longan pulp out into the mold
2 Wash the agar-agar strips and soak in water for 1 minute until they softened before draining.
3 Boil 500ml of water, add in agar-agar sticks and sugar, stir until they melt.
4 Then pour the sugar water, coconut milk and milk in the canned longan and mix well
5 Once cooked, pour into molds and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
2.Longan sparkling water
Ingredients:
Canned longan, lemon slices, mint leaves, sparkling water (Sprite/7-Up)
Steps:
1 Take out the longan, put in lemon slices and ice cubes

3.Longan Ribena Popsicle
Ingredients:
Canned Longan, Ribena, Popsicle Mold, Popsicle Stick
Steps:

4.Longan and White Fungus Soup with Rock Sugar
Ingredients:

Steps:

Ingredients:
2400g of water
Crystal sugar
1L of soy milk
20g of agar-agar strips
2 cans of longan
Steps:

4 Pour the soy milk into the container and let it cool until it sets. (If you want to make tofu and longan syrup, pour it into a rectangular container, because you have to cut it into a square shape and pour it out) (If you want to make longan pudding, pour it directly into the container)
5 Pour the canned longan into a bowl and add in water (depending on the sweetness you want)
6 (Longan tofu syrup)-Cut the solidified tofu into cubes and place it in the container, add longan water and longan.
7 (Tofu Longan Pudding)-Put in longan and longan water on top of the pudding and it is complete
