1.White radish ribs soup




One White radish

A piece of ginger

A spoonful of chicken essence





1 Peel the white radish and ginger separately. Wash and cut them.

2 Put the ribs in a basin, add flour and salt to knead for a few minutes, then rinse with water

3 Put the ribs, white radish and ginger slices into a casserole one by one. Add enough water to cover and cook for 30 minutes

4  Add in chicken essence and salt. Stir evenly before turning off the heat.


2.Tomato enoki mushroom tofu soup



Soft tofu, enoki mushroom, tomato, egg, green onion ginger, sesame oil, salt



1 Beat an egg, wash the enoki mushrooms, peel and cut the tomatoes. Cut the green onion and ginger and cut the tofu into pieces

2 Put oil in a pot to stir-fry the green onion and ginger until fragrant. Add in the tomato cubes and fry out the soup, then add in a large bowl of water

3 Put in tofu, enoki mushrooms and pour in egg liquid after cooking. Add some salt and a few drops of sesame oil, sprinkle chopped green onion on top before serving.


3.Peanut lotus root soup



2 knots of Lotus root

Ribs (bones), peanuts, shredded ginger, salt, MSG



1 For lotus root, choose the old lotus root with a thicker head and darker color. Peel the lotus root, wash and cut them into pieces.

2 (Peanuts can be red-skinned peanuts) Peeled and put in a bowl for later use. Also, cut ginger for later use.

3 Cut the ribs and wash them, then blanch them in water to remove the foam. Then, remove them for later use.

4 Put the lotus root, ribs, peanuts and ginger together into a pressure cooker. Add in salt and water

5 Cover the pot and adjust the time. The soup should last at least 1 hour.

6 After the stew, open the lid and put in an appropriate amount of MSG, stir before serving.


4.ABC soup


400g ribs, corn, tomato, onion, radish, potato, salt



1 Wash the ribs and cook for 2 minutes in a pot of boiling water. Then, remove, rinse and drain.

2 Cut the corn, tomato, onion, potato, radish and set them aside

3 Put all the ingredients in the pressure cooker, add in water and salt. Start boiling.


5.Papaya Pork Ribs Soup



Ribs, papaya, ginger, green onions, salt



1 Put the ribs in a pot of boiling water, slightly blanch the blood and remove.

2 Wash the papaya, peel and remove the seeds and cut them into pieces.

3 Add clean water to a pot, add in pork ribs, ginger slices, green onion knots and a little vinegar. Bring it to a boil over medium heat and switch to low heat to simmer for 1 hour

4 Add papaya cubes and continue to simmer for 30 minutes

5 Finally add some salt to finish the soup.


Gentle Reminder: It is best to use green papaya, the soup will be sweeter


6.Seaweed Corn Soup



200g of kelp, 1 corn, 1 chive



1 Wash the kelp, cut the corn into small sections and chop the chives

2 Heat up oil in a pan to fry the chopped green onion. Then, add in seaweed and stir fry for 2 minutes

3 Pour in water, add corn to boil and cook for 10 minutes. Then, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to finish the dish.
